🎯 Our Mission
The charitable association is established for the following charitable purposes:
- Bring together the Algerian elites living in Algeria and abroad.
- Promote Algerian talent, culture, and excellence in the scientific, economic, artistic, and social fields.
- Strengthen the ties between Algeria and its diaspora through initiatives for cooperation and exchange.
- Organize conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, and events of a cultural or professional nature that enhance the image of Algeria worldwide.
- Encourage education, innovation, and entrepreneurship among youth and Algerian professionals. professionnels algériens.
💪 Powers of the Association
In order to achieve these goals, the charitable association will have the power to:
- Collect funds and solicit contributions from any person or entity.
- Acquire, hold, and transfer property (or assets).
- Employ staff or volunteers.
- Organize events, trade shows, or training sessions.
- Collaborate with governments, institutions, and private organizations in the UK and abroad.
- Engage in any legal activity that supports the objectives of the charitable association.
✊ Membership
- The charitable association is composed of members who support its objectives.
- Membership is open to anyone of Algerian origin or to any individual sharing the same values.
- The Administrators (or Leaders) may approve or terminate membership if necessary.
💎 Administrators
- The charitable association is managed by a Board of Directors (or Board of Administrators) composed of at least three (3) members and at most twelve (12).
- The Administrators serve for renewable terms of three (3) years.
- The Administrators are appointed by a majority vote of the existing Board.
- The Board includes the following positions:
- Executive President
- Honorary President (Founder)
- Vice-President
- Secretary General
- Treasurer
👥 Meetings and Decisions
- The Board must meet at least twice a year, either in person or virtually.
- Decisions are made by a majority vote; in case of a tie, the Executive President has the casting vote.
- Minutes of each meeting must be recorded and kept in a safe place.

The founding members and first Administrators (or Leaders) of the charitable association are:

🔄 Substitution and Succession in Case of Absence or Force Majeure
- In case of temporary absence, incapacity, or force majeure affecting an Administrator or Leader, the Board may appoint an Acting Deputy to assume the responsibilities of the concerned person until their return.
- In case of permanent incapacity or death of an Administrator or Leader, the Board must convene an extraordinary meeting to appoint a successor within sixty (60) days.
- The appointed successor will serve until the end of the initial term of the replaced member, unless otherwise decided by the Board. membre remplacé, sauf décision contraire du Conseil.
